Every Priscilla Ferraro Flooring job is measured, planned and installed by owner Steve Mason, who has been installing floors and tile since 2000.
Steve has spent his career in the trade, more than 20 years of it as a supervisor and lead installer, much of that on high-end homes in the Naples area. He knows the products, the substrates and the details that decide whether a floor stays flat and a shower stays watertight.
At Priscilla Ferraro Flooring, established in 2000, he runs every job himself: he measures the rooms, plans the layout, writes the estimate and is on site for the installation. There's no sales office between you and the person laying your floor.
How the company works
A small, owner-run company by design. When you call, you reach Steve, and he answers for the work.
The focus is narrow on purpose: tile, including porcelain, large-format and custom layouts; pre-engineered wood; and grout restoration. Keeping to those means knowing their products, their failure points and what a Florida slab needs before either one goes down.
Prep is part of the job
A floor is only as flat as what's under it. Slab checks, leveling and membranes are planned into the estimate, not discovered halfway through.
Layout is decided before setting
Where the pattern starts, where cuts fall and how the floor meets each doorway are agreed before the first tile or plank goes down.
Clear communication
You know what's being done, in what order, and how long the floor needs before furniture goes back.
